Understanding health issues in a tribal village
It’s already the 4th time that approx. 20 managers come to India for a disruptive developmental program. Our topics: Learning about social entrepreneurship, experiencing and interacting with unusual partners from the social world, field visits, understanding real needs and developing solutions that we pitch by end of the week in front of the NGO world and local stakeholders/target groups who should work with it. It’s a very intense week, a lot of discussions, a lot of questions we never asked and unusual answers – and of empathy. The impact? The outcome? We do not measure what happens during the week, but what’s the impact afterwards. Because we believe in sustainable leadership and in innovative thinking by going back to the roots.
