Early in the morning,  a few days back in Mangalore/India I passed at a shoe shop. One of those branded shoe shops that you can find in every and each big mall in the cities. Inside five, six shoe assistants were preparing for the day. Unpacking new shoe arrivals, cleaning, starting the work. Very smart, very nicely two of them came  and asked me on how to assist. My shoe issue could be solved rapidly, they did all their best to assist as much as possible. We started some conversation about lifestyles, our different countries and dreams in life.
