Impressions from  a disruptive leadership training with Corporate managers in India

It was a week that we will not forget. Many learnings about South India, getting insights into rural and tribal areas, talking to tribal hospital doctors and NGOs who care about HIV infected children  in the city. Drumming welcome by tribal people, dancing with kids in a home shelter. And looking at all this with a positive focus. Understanding that there are very clear behaviors and leadership elements in these surroundings where we as Corporate managers of a huge company can learn that much from. The caring culture, the importance of real relationship management, keeping things simple and understanding that social and business worlds should be seen as one and why social entrepreneurship is key … A special highlight was for sure a pitch by end of the week in front of NGO people which our managers had to prepare by developing a game for tribal kindergarten children and teachers.

Just a few pictures.
