By end of our Making More Health Leadership week our managers run a training with self- help group members to improve their marketing and presentation skills. Because creating wins for everyone is key… also our colleagues learned a lot while preparing and implementing such a training.

It’s not enough to teach on how to produce something, but e.g also on how to sell, raise awareness about targeting, presenting and logistics.

For our managers it’s a good exercise to understand what is needed and to adapt teaching to the real needs.
